The minimum required TransUnion Rental credit score for our rentals is 640, unless otherwise noted in the listing. The application fee is $35 per applicant. Application fees will be refunded for active duty military. The minimum required monthly income is three times the monthly rent. The income of more than one applicant can be combined to reach the required income. In that case, EACH applicant must meet the credit score requirement. If an applicant does not meet the credit requirement, their income cannot be counted towards the minimum income requirement. The income requirement does not apply to applicants with housing vouchers.

We process complete applications in the order in which we receive them. Once we have an application that meets our criteria, we stop processing applications and return unused application fees. Please fill out one complete application per applicant. *

OUR RENTAL APPLICATION PROCESSING GUIDELINES

Once we have an application that meets our criteria, we stop processing applications and return unused application fees. In addition to income and credit, we also look at Landlord/Tenant court filings, we do a wanted fugitive check, a multi-state sex offender check, a social security number verification as well as other verifications and investigations.

Any false statement on this application can lead to rejection of your application or immediate termination of your lease.
