The minimum required TransUnion FICO credit score for our rentals is 620. The application fee is $30 per applicant. Application fees will be refunded for active duty military. The minimum required monthly income is three times the monthly rent, and the security deposit is one month’s rent. The income of more than one applicant can be combined to reach the total required income. In that case, EACH applicant must meet the minimum TransUnion FICO credit score requirement. If an applicant does not meet the credit requirement, their income cannot be counted towards the minimum income requirement.

OUR RENTAL APPLICATION PROCESSING GUIDELINES

The income of more than one applicant can be combined to reach the total required income. In that case, each applicant will need to have the minimum TransUnion FICO credit score. If an applicant does not meet the credit requirement, their income cannot be counted towards the minimum income requirement. We process complete applications in the order we receive them. Once we have an application that meets our criteria, we stop processing applications and return unused application fees. In addition to income and credit, we also look at Landlord/Tenant court filings, we do a wanted fugitive check, a multi-state sex offender check, a social security number verification as well as other verifications and investigations.

NOTICE: By submitting this application, you declare that all of your responses are true and complete and you authorize CERRITO REALTY LLC to verify this information. Any false statement on this application can lead to rejection of your application or immediate termination of your lease. In addition, you authorize CERRITO REALTY LLC to conduct a credit check and/or background investigation to determine your rental eligibility. The information obtained by application, credit check or investigation will be shared with the Landlord or Owner of the property being applied for and your real estate agent if you have one. It is your right as a consumer to see a copy of your credit report if you desire.
